will always be a lot of fun. As a coach, I have realized over the years how important it is to keep everything I do fun and light. I also always focus on structure and making sure that I set clear expectations with my player so that we get off to a great start.
For new clients:
We will discover goals, set a plan of action relative to those goals and then get after it with a fast paced and fun baseball lesson. When the lesson is complete, we will download what we went over and why we did what we did, and I will assign homework to my player.
For return clients:
Once we have done a few lessons, my players begin to know what to expect and we start to get into a great routine. What we do in the lesson is always relative to what we did the previous lesson and what is coming up for the player that week, ie: a tryout, game, or something else. We always circle back to our MADE principles and the training only gets better, more fun, and more productive as time goes and our player/coach relationship continues to grow.
My goal is to always educate each player I work with and to help guide them and develop them both mentally and physically in a positive and fun way.
